Whether you’re a seasoned carer looking for the next step in your career or someone who wants to make a real difference in the lives of others, we’d love to hear from you.
This care home is a close-knit team dedicated to providing top-quality care to their residents. All you need is an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or be working towards it).
What you’ll be doing:
* Ensuring a smooth handover at the start and end of your shift, so the team stays informed and connected.
* Creating a warm and caring environment that meets the physical and emotional needs of the residents.
* Helping with planning and maintaining adequate staffing levels, making sure everyone gets the support they need.
* Reviewing and updating care plans to make sure they align with residents' needs and wishes.
* Supporting residents with their daily personal care – including washing, bathing, dressing, and using hoists if necessary.
* Keeping the residents, staff, and visitors safe and comfortable.
* Encouraging a team approach to make the care home a welcoming and efficient place to be.
What is on offer:
* Ongoing training and opportunities to grow, including fully funded diplomas up to NVQ Level 5.
* A variety of tasks and no two days the same!
* Long-term career progression.
* 28 days of annual leave.
* FlexEarn – access a portion of your wages in advance if needed, for greater financial flexibility.
* No DBS fees.
* An employee assistance program to support your health and wellbeing.
* A Blue Light Card for discounts across retail and hospitality.
* Refer a friend and earn up to £400.
* Join an award-winning, family-owned organisation with a fun and caring atmosphere!
If caring is your passion, we want to hear from you
