Flk Recruitment is excited to be working with one of our long-standing FMCG clients in Sheffield as they look to appoint an experienced Reward Business Partner in a newly created role within the function, reporting to a supportive Head of Reward.
Working closely with the Reward, Recognition and Benefits team, you will take the lead on delivering all UK annual compensation activities including annual benefits renewal, bonus processing and pay reviews.
Were looking for someone who enjoys acting as a true business partner, working closely with the Head of Reward to build strong relationships with the broader HR Business Partnering team so that they can provide their business leaders with expert guidance when it comes to all reward-related programmes and activities which will ensure that they attract, develop and retain the best talent in their space.
