The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the senior leadership team and receive the support, mentoring, and training required to progress into a Registered Manager position within 6-12 months. Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership and support to the team, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). Assist in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards. Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans. Act as a role model, promoting a culture of positivity, growth, and safety within the home. Take on a more senior role as you work towards becoming the Registered Manager in the near future.
