Role Overview: As an Operations Manager you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the production, delivery, and quality of services/products, while also driving operational improvements and efficiencies across departments. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations and workflow to ensure all processes are executed efficiently and effectively. Lead and supervise a team of staff, providing guidance, training, and performance management. Develop and implement operational strategies to meet company goals and improve performance. Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and ensure alignment with overall business objectives. Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and industry standards. Handle budgeting, resource allocation, and cost management to maintain operational efficiency. Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors. Prepare and present regular operational reports to senior management. Key Requirements: Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role. Strong understanding of operational processes and performance metrics. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to make data-driven decisions and implement effective solutions. Solid knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and resource management. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management software. A proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
