A member of the Partnerships Directorate, responsible for developing strategic revenue opportunities for technologies and services across strategic customers, and partners in order to deliver against the growth targets set in the NPL business plan.
As an organisation, we’re working towards becoming ever-more commercial. To do so, we need to forge strong relationships with companies who can use our products and services to best effect. Focussing on technology companies and National Measurement Institutes, you’ll provide the strategic leadership that will secure more business and impact on our growth. Managing your team to deliver outstanding customer relationship management, you will help them reach their potential and hit their targets. In addition, you’ll make top-level contact with potential customers and collaborative partners, to ensure we have a real grasp of their needs. You’ll also champion the Bid Governance process. And, so that the leadership team and you’re able to liaise with other departments to develop commercial opportunities, you will share progress at every stage. Given the nature of our work, it will be your responsibility to make sure we’re compliant.
