Responsibilities of a Supply Teacher Deliver engaging lessons as a Supply Teacher, following school guidelines. Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain focused on their work. Follow the school's policies and procedures, ensuring consistency. Provide feedback to the school on lessons and pupil engagement. Adapt to different school environments and build rapport with students and staff. Requirements for a Supply Teacher Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is a must for this role Proven experience as a Supply Teacher or within a classroom setting Proven experience as a Supply Teacher or within a classroom setting Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to new environments. A passion for teaching and inspiring young minds. Up-to-date knowledge of the national curriculum. Flexibility to work in different schools across Newham and Tower Hamlets.
