We have an exciting opportunity Sales Administrator based in Biggleswade for one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis. Our client is a large, growing and reputable manufacturer and supplier of construction equipment on a national and international scale.
Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator:
* Provide administrative support to the Sales team.
* Gather information to support quotations and orders.
* Create and issue invoices.
* Provide support with documentation for deliveries of machines and equipment.
* Data collection.
* Maintain spreadsheets and create reports.
Requirements for a successful Sales Administrator:
* Excellent administration skills with experience working within a similar role.
* Sales background.
* Experience within the plant or agricultural industry.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Strong IT skills with proficiency in Word and Excel.
* Attention to detail.

Summary of the Sales Administrator role:
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum
Location: Biggleswade
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours, Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
