Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, door-to-door visits, and other lead generation methods
* Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by managing your own sales pipeline
* Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal departments
* Utilise CRM system to track and manage leads effectively
* Support the Sales Manager and collaborate with colleagues on various sales-related tasks
What We're Looking For:
* Proven sales experience, ideally within the Waste Management sector
* A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, especially in contracted services
* Resilient attitude and ability to handle objection
* Confident using online platforms and social media for prospecting
* Excellent communication skills, confident, and persistence
* Team player with a positive and ambitious "can do" attitude
* Self-motivated and determined to go the extra mile to build long-lasting client relationships
* Minimum 2 years of field sales experience (preferred)
