This legislative landscapeincreases the complexity and cost of selling in the region, makingverification a significant barrier for seller launches.
As a Senior Program Manager for EUVerification, you will be responsible for developing and leading amission-critical program to proactively identify, track, and driveessential programmatic initiatives around Know Your Customer (KYC).KYC is a regulatory obligation to identify customers, verify theiridentity, and perform related due diligence measures, forming partof Amazon's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) program. Currently, Amazonconducts KYC on all sellers in its Europeanmarketplaces.
1. Bachelor's degree orequivalent
2. Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps)at an advanced level and SQL
3. Experience working crossfunctionally with tech and non-tech teams
4. Experiencedefining program requirements and using data and metrics todetermine improvements
5. Experience in program orproject management
PreferredQualifications:
1. MBA/Master degree
2.Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicatingresults to senior leadership
3. Experience leadingprocess improvements
4. Experience in stakeholdermanagement, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels ofthe organization

Key jobresponsibilities
1) Identify and drive complimentaryprogrammatic initiatives to fix key SX and Operational Servicelevel (SL) gaps
2) Develop a robust performancemanagement framework, incorporating KPIs, and reporting mechanismsto drive ongoing improvement.
3) Design and implement astrong governance framework to manage operational risks associatedwith third-party and seller compliance.
4) Work closelywith executive stakeholders to identify and address operationalrisks, ensuring compliance across all key processes.
5)Convert complex challenges into actionable strategies and delivermeasurable outcomes.
BASICQUALIFICATIONS
- Experience positioning and sellinginnovative solutions to new and existing customers and marketsegments
- Experience with Microsoft Office products andapplications
- Experience with sales CRM tools such asSalesforce or similar software
- Bachelor's degree orequivalent
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
-Knowledge of procurement and source to pay processes and solutionsor equivalent experience
- Experience identifying trendsand needs to improve an already closed large-scale technologydeal
- Experience in B2B or enterprise sales with a focuson hunting new business
