With good verbal and written communication skills you will be able to converse with a wide range of people, using a non-judgemental, inclusive approach to the support you provide. With experience of providing support on a group or 1:1 basis you will think creatively when planning the support needed. You will be prepared to work flexibly to meet the needs of people you are supporting and confident to travel around Portsmouth as required in the role.
