The Department
The Marketing and Communications department is responsible for maximising Enzen UK ’s engagement with prospective and existing clients, current partners, employees and potential new talent. It creates high quality materials for:
* all Enzen’s external channels, including website and social media
* all Enzen’s internal channels, including email bulletins, internal newsletters and company-wide meetings
* bid and tender management
* customer presentations
* bespoke and industry marketing events, workshops and webinars
* thought leadership content and white papers.
The Role
This is an opportunity to shape and lead a marketing communications department for an energy and water specialist that’s focused on accelerating the drive to net zero.
Working from our Solihull office, the Marketing and Communications Manager will be responsible for creating and delivering the marcomms strategy and plan to support Enzen’s business objectives. The successful candidate will:
* propose a marketing budget and strategy that will deliver a high value return to the organisation
* execute that strategy, supported by a Marketing and Communications Executive already in post
* manage all Enzen's internal and external communication including the website, social media, digital marketing campaigns and employee engagement activity
* ensure brand consistency across all Enzen’s channels
* support the creation and development of articles and marketing collateral for external publication
* identify, organise and fulfil opportunities for internal and external events that will raise Enzen’s profile and drive growth
* identify industry specific awards and supporting nominated team members with the submissions
* support leadership with the creation of bespoke high-level business material
* manage day to day generalist marketing and communication activity
Key Attributes and Skills
* highly organised and capable of managing multiple projects to tight deadlines for a range of stakeholders
* excellent written and verbal communication skills
* versatility and flair in content creation, from thought leadership, social media and website copy to internal announcements, award submissions, value propositions and business presentations
* experience in brand management and applying the corporate visual identity consistently
* event management expertise, ensuring Enzen’s presence at industry events is professional, on-brand and generates value for the business
* leadership and influencing skills, persuading senior-level executives to support new ideas and explore new opportunities
* strong people management experience, capable of supervising and mentoring colleagues to support professional development
* ability to network with other industry professionals such as customers and partners, presenting Enzen in the best possible light
* seeking out and establishing strong relationships with suppliers / agencies to ensure high quality and maximum value
* experience of managing budgets and working to KPIs.
