‘The Best Connection’ are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled B3 Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our client in Aylesford.
You will be responsible for safely transporting cabins within a large compound.
Key information:
* Shift pattern: Monday-Friday
* Start/finish time: 08:00-16:30
* Break: 60 minutes per day
* Salary: £13.92 per hour // £20.88 per hour after 8 hours
* Temp to perm opportunity
Key Responsibilities:
* Safely operate a B3 15tn Counter Balance forklift to transport cabins
* Load and unload trucks efficiently
* Perform routine maintenance checks on the forklift to ensure optimal performance
* Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries
* Keep accurate records of inventory movement and storage locations
* Collaborate with team members for efficient workflow
Requirements:
* Valid B3 Counter Balance (15 Tonne) forklift operator licence
* Proven experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or industrial setting
* Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to forklift operation
* Ability to read and interpret documents such as work orders and safety rules
* Strong attention to detail for accurate tracking of inventory movements
