Customer Success Executive
We are currently recruiting for a passionate and driven Customer Success Executive to join our fantastic team at ILX. This is a customer-facing role where you'll have the opportunity to work with large enterprise clients in the private sector. The opportunity
In this role, you will act as the key point of contact for an established client base, focusing on creating and maintaining strong relationships that drive positive ROI. You’ll work closely with our channel team and be the dedicated customer success support for this sector. You'll manage administrative tasks such as accurately inputting orders into our CRM system and deliver innovative solutions to meet client objectives. Your role will also involve ensuring a seamless client onboarding experience and delivering regular webinars, as well as attending customer meetings.
You will collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and seamless client experience and will act as the voice of the customer as we develop new products and services. You’ll also work closely with the Head of Customer Success to streamline processes, enhance client experience, and identify upselling opportunities. Your role will be crucial in fostering long-term relationships and ensuring client retention.
Who we are looking for
We’re seeking someone with strong attention to detail who takes pride in the quality of their work. You should have exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with a solution-oriented mindset aimed at creating a positive impact on customer experiences. The ideal candidate will be able to manage a fast-paced environment, juggling both reactive and proactive tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred (training will be provided). Strong verbal and written communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential, as you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues.

Pay range and compensation package
Salary £24-25,000 per annum, depending on experience plus an excellent benefits package
