Job Description of Telecoms Copper Engineer: - Completing Copper Provisions - Completing Copper Surveying / Repairing Orders - Completing Copper testing & troubleshooting - Working overhead & underground - The normal hours of work are 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, including work on one Saturday in every four weeks. - Site Inspection Evaluations Including, Traffic Management to be conducted - Respond professionally and effectively to all customer requests and enquiries Key Requirements of Telecoms Engineer - Full UK Driving License (Manual) - Ability to perform pole / ladder climbing, working underground and manual handling. - To be physically fit and able to lift heavy items. Accreditations required: SA001 - Overhead Safety SA002 - Underground Safety SA020 - Working Safely in Single and Multi-Occupancy Dwellings Including Buildings LSS01 - Ladder Safety System / NRSWA Manual Handling MT003 C004 - Internal Wiring Installation and Repair E001 - Dropwire and Overhead Techniques F005 - Working in PCPs
