• Is a practising Catholic and supportive of the school’s Catholic ethos
• Is creative and can inspire both inside the classroom and out
• Has the desire and ability to help children of all abilities and backgrounds reach the highest levels of attainment and progress
• Has a desire to develop and improve the SMSC opportunities for pupils across the St Bernard’s community
• Has a desire to support the School Chaplain to develop the Catholic life of the school
