At NHS Oxfordshire Talking Therapies, we're looking for a Referral Co-ordinator who will oversee and actively manage new referrals into the service for patients with more complex mental health problems, long term health conditions and / or who are associated with risk We provide Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based psychological interventions, through a stepped care treatment model to people in the local community, who are dealing with common mental health problems. We are building on our excellent reputation of delivering high-quality NICE recommended treatment working closely with Oxfordshire Mind and Keystone Mental Health Hubs. In this role, you will liaise closely with other NHS Oxfordshire Talking Therapy colleagues, Senior Duty and Day Supervisors, key stakeholder groups and secondary care where necessary to ensure referrals are triaged to the appropriate care pathway within the appropriate time frame. You will need to have knowledge of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and have significant experience of working in mental health services. We would welcome applications from existing CBT Therapists, Clinical / Counselling Psychologists, and primary / secondary care Mental Health Practitioners.
