Senior Customer Care Coordinator - £35,000 - £40,000 - Greater Colchester - Permanent Introduction A new opportunity has arisen for a Customer Care Coordinator to join my client, a high end House Builder, based in the North East Essex area. This role involves providing an excellent level of Customer Service meeting needs of homeowners after sales. You will be site-based on one of their larger luxury developments working closely with the Customer Care Manager delivering the best experience to customers. This role also offers the right candidate opportuntity to progress the role into a Senior level position, carrying out inspections and home demonstrations across this site and others in the area. The Role: - Reporting to the Head of department and Customer Service Manager you will deliver an excellent level of customer care service meeting the needs of homeowner after the sale. - Understanding and discussing defects that arise within the properties to ensure the relevant trades are appointed. - Provide support and advice to sub-contractors. - Speak with Site or Constructions teams as necessary to ensure customers’ queries are answered accurately, efficiently and consistently. - Take ownership of the homes covered and customer you work with, offering assistance and being proactive to ensure works are carried out on time and to the expectations of the client.
