CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR WITH MAIN CONTRACTOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR A CONTRACT POSITION IN MANCHESTER Job Title: Customer Service Advisor Location: Deansgate, Machester Hourly Rate: £12.21-£16.22 Per Hour Contract length: Initially 3 months / Ongoing work. Overview for Customer Service Advisor role: Responsibilities Ensure that daily output and key deliverables are communicated to our mobile team and specialist sub-contractors according to CAFM workloads. The information is also communicated to both the customer and the account team when necessary. Financial responsibility: Detail any revenue, operating or capital budgets for which the role is accountable (Info): · Manage work orders to ensure a smooth ‘order to cash’ journey and minimise debt caused by WIP Requirements for Customer Service Advisor role: Experienced in the use of CAFM systems (preferably Concept) · Experience of providing helpdesk or call centre service, developing productive working relationships with key customers and suppliers. · Proven experience in managing supply chain/contractor performance · Competent in the use of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) Desirable: · Experience of working within the FM or Construction Industry
