Here at Antac we have an exciting opportunity for an Cleaning Area Supervisor to join our team on a full time, permanent basis. We are looking for someone to travel across various client sites in the Thames Valley region to support the operations manager of the commercial cleaning team.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day commercial contracts, ensuring that all work is completed within the agreed time frames and to a high standard. You will assist with staff training, ensure all work is carried out safely and efficiently across the area, and support client relationships. This role will be client facing, representing Antac and helping us to grow the business further.
For this role, you will be contracted to 40 hours per week, including regular evening work.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
1. Quality Audits – Monthly and Quarterly
2. Stock management and ordering supplies for the operatives
3. Timesheet management of the team
4. Organising holiday and sickness cover
5. Ensure compliance with company Health & Safety Policy, PAT testing, and Risk Assessment
6. Monitoring the mobile team and setting expectations
7. Attend weekly meetings with both internal and external stakeholders
Skills and Experience:
1. Previous experience working at a supervisory level within a cleaning team
2. Ability to motivate and lead a team
3. Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
4. High attention to detail
5. Full UK driving licence
We require you to have a flexible approach to working hours, as this position will require you to work regular evenings and early mornings depending on the contractual requirements of our clients.
