What You’ll Do: Front-Line Support: Be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to enquiries promptly and professionally. System Management: Maintain and update systems like Dynamics and ICE2 to ensure accuracy, compliance, and seamless workflows. Inbox Management: Work collaboratively to triage incoming queries, allocating tasks efficiently and ensuring timely resolution. Tenders and Quotes: Manage tenders and quotes with precision, from internal coordination to client communication and portal uploads. Purchase Orders: Review, edit, and process purchase orders, ensuring all transactions meet company standards and policies. Extra Works: Oversee the Extra Works checklist, ensuring timely and accurate completion for financial and operational records. Client Portals: Regularly update client portals, monitor activity, and track interactions to ensure data integrity and accessibility. Escalation and Complaints: Promptly address issues, escalating high-level concerns to Key Account Managers while maintaining professionalism. Face-to-Face Engagement: Visit clients as needed to strengthen relationships, address concerns, and enhance satisfaction. What We’re Looking For: Experience: Proven background in administration, customer service, or similar roles with a client-focused approach. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI, MS Teams) with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Personality: A personable, chatty individual who builds trust and rapport effortlessly. Flexibility: Willingness to adapt, including occasional weekend work during the winter season.
