What You'll Do:
Comprehensive Support: Provide top-notch administrative assistance to the CPO, ensuring their day-to-day operations run seamlessly.
Calendar Management: Keep the CPO's calendar organised by scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements with precision.
Document Preparation: Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and various documents, showcasing your attention to detail.
Research & Data Compilation: Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations, helping the CPO stay informed and prepared.
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a point of contact between the CPO and internal/external stakeholders, representing the CPO with professionalism.
Confidentiality Matters: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion, maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
Project Assistance: Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed, contributing to the success of the technology department.
What We're Looking For:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant
Strong organisational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks effortlessly.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.
Confident, proactive, and able to work independently while taking initiative.
Experience in a global environment is highly desirable.
