Purple Frog Asset Management in Nottingham is one of the largest student agencies in the area and is excited to be looking for a new member of the team! The successful candidate will join our busy branch and will be responsible for a large portfolio of HMO & PBSA properties.
We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager who is looking to progress into a fun and ambitious company that takes pride in their reputation and wants to continue to move the branch forward by being part of a great team!
To succeed in this role, you will have great relationship-building skills, a passion for customer service, and experience working within Property Management. You will be enthusiastic, very well organized, and, most importantly, enjoy having fun!
The successful applicant will be responsible for (but not limited to) the Lettings, maintenance, inspections, certification, and compliance of a large portfolio of HMO properties, management of Lettings coordinators, and Business Development.
Reporting to: Regional Director
Start date: ASAP
Location: Derby Road, Nottingham
Must have 1-2 years previous Property Management experience, a full UK driving licence, and own vehicle.
Responsibilities and Duties
Hours: Monday – Friday (4 day working week, 36 hours a week, 8am-6pm) working hours discussed during your application)
* Responsible for a large property portfolio
* Managing some team members
* Organising rota for branch
* Business development
* Providing reporting for some areas of branch performance
* Managing PBSA bed spaces ensuring ANUK accreditation is maintained
* Selecting and monitoring suppliers
* Complaint handling
* Ensuring best value is achieved for landlords when instructing
* Conducting property inspections and reporting findings to the client
* Resolving any maintenance issues picked up on inspections
* Advising landlords on what improvements should be made to their properties
* Dealing with any anti-social behaviour or burglary
* Ensuring certification is completed (gas, electricity, HMO, Fire Risk Assessments)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
