The role: Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be accountable for: Leading the Peristeen (South) team consisting of Peristeen Advisors and Business Development Managers Coaching, developing and managing the team, setting high ambitions, challenging, motivating and inspiring the team Own the Regional Business Plan and reporting, defining commercial priorities, setting targets, forecasting, planning and allocating resources Engaging with customers and other stakeholders to drive sales and strong relationships with KOL’s Leading monthly business reviews, ensuring great engagement of stakeholders that impact the team (e.g. Nursing, Payers and Trade) Ensuring excellent territory planning and execution from the team Conducting regular field visits driving performance and team competence development Leading regional team meetings and contributing to the delivery of National Sales meetings Driving a culture of ownership and accountability – role modelling our values, ensuring strong sales execution and celebrating successes Owning the People Cycle for the team, leading performance conversations and engagement action plans Being an active member of the Continence Care Leadership team, contributing to National strategy, sharing best practice and supporting the wider leadership team Keeping updated on market knowledge and NHS Strategy We will empower you to make the right decisions for your customers and invest resources as required to be successful. You will have evidence of being a strategic thinker with capacity for creative problem solving.
