Job Title: English and Maths KS3 Outreach Tutor

Job Duties:
* Deliver engaging English and Maths lessons to Key Stage 3 students
* Provide one-on-one and group tutoring sessions
* Develop tailored learning plans based on students' needs
* Monitor and assess student progress regularly
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff
* Participate in outreach activities to promote educational programmes
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience in teaching English and Maths at Key Stage 3 level
* Ability to create engaging and interactive learning materials
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at Key Stage 3 level
Knowledge and Skills:
* Thorough understanding of the KS3 curriculum for English and Maths
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
* Proficient in using technology to enhance learning
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Education
* Experience in delivering outreach programmes in educational settings
Working Conditions:
* Work primarily in a school or learners home environment
* Flexible hours may be required to accommodate students' schedules
* Potential travel to different locations for outreach activities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
