Windsor Forest College Group is looking for a Reception and Admissions Assistant to join the Admissions team at our Slough & Langley campus on a permanent contract working on a full-time basis. Reception and Admissions Assistant The Reception and Admissions Assistant is responsible for providing a first point of contact for all learners, staff, and public enquiries at the main college reception. They will deliver an effective and responsive service, supporting the delivery of quality admissions services. This includes administration, database management, tracking applications, and preparing correspondence. The ideal candidate will be able to deal with face-to-face, telephone, and email enquiries promptly and efficiently, exceeding customer expectations. Develop a strong knowledge base on the range of courses offered by the College Group. Ensure a professional and positive impression of the College.
