Role and Responsibilities: As a Biology Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons aligned with the Key Stage 3, 4, and 5 Biology curriculum. Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential in Biology. Assess, track, and report on student progress to ensure continuous development. Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning atmosphere. Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to departmental initiatives. Provide extra support to students, including those with special educational needs (SEN), to enhance learning outcomes. Participate in school events, parents’ evenings, and staff meetings. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. A degree in Biology or a related subject. Previous experience teaching Biology at secondary level (Key Stages 3-5). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for teaching and commitment to student development.
