Job Description We are looking for a Showroom Manager for our Christchurch showroom.

This is a full time, permanent on site role, you will be responsible for the day to day operation of the showroom including but not limited to the following duties: Managing and coaching your team to deliver sales.
Meeting KPI targets Acting as a role model when dealing with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
Recruiting and developing exceptional staff.
Managing social media channels.
Ensuring showrooms are maintained to a high standard internally and externally.
Ensuring showrooms meet H&S regulations.
Ensuring the security of the showroom.
Ensuring all enquiries are dealt with to the best possible standard.
Ensuring company policies are followed.

Essential requirements: Experience of successfully managing a team in a busy retail environment Experience of successfully working in a kitchen showroom.
Willing to Work Tues – Sat.
Willing to cover our Esher showroom if necessary.
Driving licence.
