The Role Be a key player in our innovative technical team, providing critical resource management and business administration support to the technical team, operating across a wide range of evaluation, development planning, and field management projects. These projects span hydrocarbon exploration and production, the transport and geological storage of natural gas, CO2, and hydrogen, as well as geothermal energy solutions. Join us in shaping the future of energy production and storage. Key Responsibilities Resource Management : Acting as the primary point of contact for contractors, subcontractors and associates. Maintaining contractor relationships, administration of contractor compliance and records. Onboarding of new contractors, subcontractors and associates. Project Administration : Draft and control project documentation, including work instructions, subcontractor contracts, project reporting and records administration. Business administration : Control of internal document systems, internal business analysis and reporting. Key Skills Technical understandin g: Broad knowledge of subsurface technical project requirements. Multitasking: Proven ability to prioritize activities and quickly filter information from multiple sources. Analytical Mind: Ability to analyse and optimise existing office systems. Collaborative Approach : Experience working closely with technical professionals. Communication Skills : Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with external contractors, internal teams and client organizations. Networking : Proven ability to establish and maintain networks across diverse functions. Consultancy Experience : Experience within an energy consultancy environment is preferrable.
