An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Management Accountant within the NEECS Division mainly supporting the Community service., The role is predominantly working from home, with regular onsite working at either Colchester or Ipswich.
* The Management Accountant has responsibility for day to day management of the Divisional budget portfolio within the management accounts section. Responsible for all budget preparation, adherence to budgetary control systems and production of cost and performance management statements and reports relating to the budget portfolio.
* To support the Deputy Finance Manager regarding the on-going development and maintenance of budgetary financial systems and procedures
* To support the Finance Manager to ensure financial management statutory returns and information are completed correctly and to deadlines.
* To provide adhoc training and education to finance and non-finance staff as required
