They manage a vast and diverse portfolio of properties and are now looking for an Assistant in their Asset Management Team. This person will work closely with the Property Managers and will support various aspects of their property operations. This is a hands-on role, and it will give you valuable exposure to property management processes, tenant relations, and maintenance coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Be a resource for occupier questions.
2. Direct property reviews and guarantee consistency with guidelines.
3. Answer occupant inquiries and settle issues as quickly as possible.
4. Assist with insurance for the building.
5. Take part in group gatherings and contribute thoughts for process upgrades.
6. Help prepare and give yearly service charge budgets and promises.
7. Assist with the letting system.
Qualifications:
1. Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
2. Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
4. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. You will have independence in this role and will make your own decisions.
