We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic educational team in the Tring area. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with young children in a stimulating and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist the classroom teacher in planning and delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons and activities for early-year students.
Provide individual and group support to children, helping them to develop their social, emotional, and academic skills.
Support children in their learning by providing feedback and encouragement.
Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all children feel valued and supported.
Assist with classroom management and behaviour management strategies, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement appropriate educational strategies and interventions.
Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing feedback on children's progress and addressing any concerns or queries.
Requirements:
Hold a minimum of a Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent.
Have experience working with young children, preferably in an educational setting.
Possess a strong understanding of child development and early years curriculum frameworks.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with young children.
Display a caring and nurturing attitude, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Show enthusiasm and creativity in planning and delivering engaging learning activities.
Be organized, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Have a commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
Hold a valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance or be willing to obtain one.
