Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Mover/Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the transportation of goods and materials, ensuring safe and efficient moving practices while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to perform heavy lifting as part of a dynamic team.
Duties
1. Load and unload items from trucks, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
2. Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods to various locations.
3. Assist in packing and unpacking items, ensuring that all belongings are handled with care.
4. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their moving needs.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the warehouse and during transport.
6. Utilize forklifts and other equipment as necessary for moving heavy items.
7. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of moving tasks.
Requirements
1. Proven experience in heavy lifting and moving tasks is essential.
2. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
3. Valid commercial driving license, Class DZ License required; experience in commercial driving is a plus.
4. Familiarity with warehouse operations and safety protocols.
5. Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
6. Forklift certification is desirable but not mandatory; training may be provided.
7. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends if needed.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
