Job summary This interesting role is the central point of contact for the management of the shared Gynaecology & Obstetric rotas. This includes the clinic rotas, theatre rotas, on-call rotas, medical leave and admin staffing rotas. Main duties of the job You will work alongside the management and medical teams to ensure that there is sufficient safe cover for the Departments. This will include liaising with medical, nursing and administrative teams to ensure that the rotas and leave is managed appropriately. You will also be responsible for ensuring that clinics are filled and that unbooked slots highlighted to the bookings team to booking. The post holder will also be responsible for escalating rota gaps and areas where there is insufficient cover to deliver safe and effective patient care.
