My client are seeking a SaaS Sales Manager to drive the adoption of our solutions among non-enterprise customers in the UK. This role is perfect for a confident, results-driven sales professional with a solid understanding of SaaS sales and a passion for solving client challenges. Day-to-day of the role: Identify, prospect, and qualify potential non-enterprise clients in the retail and hospitality sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers to drive deal closures. Present the solution in a clear and compelling way, focusing on business value and outcomes. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns and generate leads. Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Maintain a deep understanding of the product offerings and the competitive landscape. Provide input into product development and roadmap based on client feedback and market trends. Accurately manage and update sales pipeline data in the CRM system. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in SaaS sales, preferably within the retail or hospitality sectors. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to understand client pain points and articulate solutions in business terms. A collaborative and team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
