Requirements ✅ Minimum 2 years’ experience in a fresh food pub or restaurant. ✅ Background in rosette-level kitchens with a focus on quality and consistency. ✅ Ability to manage a section of the kitchen efficiently. ✅ Strong understanding of food preparation, hygiene, and safety standards. ✅ Passion for creating high-quality dishes under pressure.
