Salary: £85 - £110 per day
Are you a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant looking to make a difference in a vibrant primary school setting? We are seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team at a well-respected primary school in Erith. This is an exciting opportunity to support young learners in their educational journey and contribute to their academic and personal development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the class teacher in delivering high-quality lessons and activities.
2. Provide one-on-one and small group support to students.
3. Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
4. Support children with special educational needs (SEN) and adapt activities to meet their individual needs.
5. Prepare learning materials and resources as required.
6. Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to the teacher.
7. Foster a safe and inclusive atmosphere for all students.
Requirements:
8. Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
9. Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting.
10. Strong understanding of the primary school curriculum.
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
12. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
13. Passionate about supporting children’s learning and development.
14. Flexible, adaptable, and patient.
