Job Description
CTS are looking for an individual to join our team to work flexibly and travel across Northern Ireland and also use their own initiative in a fast-moving response maintenance environment.
About The Role
* MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To provide a full range of maintenance duties on housing including;
Operating plant and machinery
Operating small grass cutting machines
Using handheld equipment such as strimmer’s, hedge trimmers, blowers etc.
Moving furniture and equipment
Uphold Data Protection Policies
Any other ad hoc duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience of - general building (e.g. Concrete posts, clearing and fitting drainage, laying concrete areas etc.)
Experience of working at heights / roof repairs desirable
Experience of working on maintenance contracts preferred
Valid CRS card
Full UK Driving License (desirable)
Forklift License (desirable)

As part of our recruitment process an Access NI disclosure will also be required.
The role may also require the successful candidate to undertake work specific training on the job or externally
