Reed Business Support are delighted to be partnering with a rapidly growing insurance company to recruit for a Claims Handler based in Rotherham. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in insurance. As an Account Handler, you will manage and develop client and customer accounts, ensuring timely support while providing exceptional customer service.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Manage and develop a portfolio of client accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
* Provide expert advice on insurance products and services, tailoring solutions to meet client needs
* Process new insurance policies, renewals, and amendments using Acturis software
* Handle client queries and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry regulations
* Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in the insurance industry
* Proficient in using Acturis software
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities
* Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
