Reputable Boutique Advisory Firm requires a newly qualified ACA/ACCA to join their established Forensic Accounting team in London as an Associate. The successful candidate will gain exposure to both disputes and investigations as part of a high calibre team within a friendly, collaborative environment. Responsibilities include:
* Conducting financial analysis and assisting in the preparation of financial modelling using Excel
* Assisting in the preparation or evaluation of quantum claims for damages
* Review of documents to identify information relevant to the investigation or dispute
* Assisting with the drafting of investigation and expert reports, preparation of appendices and exhibits
* Undertaking know-your-client procedures for new clients
* Collaborating with colleagues from other teams in the firm
* Liaising with clients and nurturing client relationships
* Balancing multiple projects whilst maintaining effective time management to meet deadlines
* Contributing to business development efforts and assistance with developing marketing materials
Requirements:
* Qualified Accountant, ACA or ACCA, with an excellent academic background
* Articles training from a reputable firm with an audit or forensic accounting background
* Strong analytical and technical accounting skills
* Excellent attention to detail with strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
* Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
* Professional and enthusiastic with an inquisitive mind and positive attitude
Remuneration:
c. £53,000 - £55,000 + bonus + benefits. Base salary may vary based on experience and skills.
