About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Work Based Trainer to join our Apprenticeship team. If you are student focused and passionate about helping learners reach their full potential, then we want to hear from you! The role will involve travel between employers as well as College time with learners and tutors.
About the person
The successful candidate will join a team of specialists within the Apprenticeship team and will manage a cohort of learners to support them during their Carpentry and Joinery Apprenticeships.
Requirements for the role:
A Level 3 or equivalent qualification or experience in Site Carpentry
Excellent communication skills
Commitment to quality Excellent organisation skills
