We have a diversity committee that focuses on breaking down barriers, recognizing that our uniqueness is what makes us so successful The Budgeting & Payments Director is responsible for achieving annual sales goals, identifying and generating sales leads, and conducting in-person sales meetings. In addition ,the Budgeting and Payments Director will work alongside business development colleagues to lead the strategic and operational management of GPS/ EnvisiX business development including educating prospects on eClinicalGPS, EnvisiX and other related Greenphire services. Responsibilities Works directly with the Global Head of Budgeting & Payments and sales leadership to determine strategies to grow Greenphire’s site payments & budgeting business Achieve annual sales goals Place outbound calls to market to build relationships with contacts and garnish leads Research companies online, through industry publications, and third-party tools to identify new targets Works directly with management team and other relevant stakeholders to create, implement and manage policies and procedures to effectively support the business Collaborate with direct sales colleagues sales to support company growth objectives and achieve sales quotas. Provides detailed and accurate sales forecasting on a regular basis Assists the business development team in representing Greenphire’s interests to clients and other relevant third parties Perform other duties, assignments, and/or special projects as time or circumstances necessitate Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and/or training 5 years of proven sales experience in a startup environment and/or in the life sciences research and development field Previous technical sales experience required Strong and demonstrated written and oral communication skills Positive attitude, enthusiasm and ability to establish effective relationships Good judgment and high integrity Strong negotiation skills Ability to travel up to 50% Current and valid driver’s license
