Job Title: Marketing Manager Location: Bromsgrove Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 depending (plus Monthly Bonus Yearly Bonus) Job Type : Permanent, Full Time Working Hours: Monday – Thurs 8.30am – 5pm Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve engagement and ROI. Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Oversee the team’s workload to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to identify new opportunities. Provide detailed marketing feedback and insights to the Customer Services Manager to support customer outreach, follow-up mailings, and targeted engagement strategies. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials. Enhance the brand presence by identifying new channels for brand growth. Collaborate with internal departments, such as sales and customer services, to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Manage external partnerships with vendors, agencies, and designers as required. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in marketing management. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and data analytics. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in data-driven marketing and customer segmentation. Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies and campaigns.
