The role:
The Data Analyst will help the business understand customer needs and behaviours through the analysis of complex data sets and subsequent translation into meaningful insights.
This role will involve building visualisations in Tableau and conducting ad hoc analysis using SQL to inform product optimisation.
As a Data Analyst, you will:
1. Monitor and report on key KPIs.
2. Deep dive into customer data using SQL to provide detailed analysis for product teams.
3. Build visualisations in Tableau.
4. Identify data requirements and work with international data teams to ensure data is cleansed and prepared.
5. Support the identification of innovative ways to leverage data for customer engagement and economic efficiency.
6. Deliver enhanced customer profiling and segmentation.
7. Measure the effectiveness of customer-facing products, features, and campaigns.
8. Provide ad-hoc analysis to inform optimisation of customer-facing products, features, and campaigns.
9. Advise on advanced statistical and analytical techniques to improve customer understanding.
To apply, you should have:
1. Experience as a Data Analyst with exposure to statistical methodologies.
2. Advanced experience with Tableau (or a similar tool).
3. Advanced Excel skills.
4. Proven experience delivering impactful insights in a B2C environment.
