I am pleased to be working alongside a market-leading, Birchwood-based client as they look for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team This is a full-time, permanent position. Role Purpose: The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming product queries from customers, by email and telephone. They will take details of any damage or warranty queries and provide first-class customer service, with the aim of resolving queries quickly and to a satisfactory standard Benefits: Salary - £26,000 to £28,000 per annum Working Hours – Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm, Friday 8am to 4:30pm (1 hour lunch break Monday to Thursday, 30 mins Friday) Holidays – 20 days, rising to 23 days after first year of service, 24 days after second year of service, 25 days after third year of service Company Pension Scheme Bonus Scheme Day-to-Day of the Role: Receive and log customer service queries on to the management system Coordinate with the partner network to ensure service calls are completed Agree rates in line with the company sales structure to ensure minimum cost impacts on the business Coordinate the P/O / credit of any replacement parts with the supplier / service provider Maintaining and managing daily service calls including damages and product failures Answer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner and re-direct to the required person or department Specification: Previous experience within a customer service role is essential Experience using SAP or a similar operating system is preferred A confident and competent user of MS Office, with a particular focus on Excel A calm and confident individual If you meet the above criteria, and feel this is the right role for you, please apply right away
