The Customer Support Advisor is responsible for providing an ongoing and efficient customer focused support service to Property Managers and clients. Key responsibilities and tasks include:\n\nClient & Customer Interaction – Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally, ensuring timely and grammatically correct responses.\nService Standards & Communication – Maintain politeness, clarity, and professionalism in all interactions while meeting customer expectations.\nIssue Resolution & Administration – Address portfolio-related instructions, monitor contractor service delivery, and process insurance claims efficiently.\nProperty Visits & Monitoring – Accompany Property Managers on site visits and ensure service levels are upheld.\nDecision-Making & Problem-Solving – Assess situations logically, provide reasoned responses, and contribute to process improvements.\nCustomer Satisfaction & Continuous Improvement – Actively seek ways to enhance service delivery, identify trends, and exceed customer expectations. \n\nQualifications and Skills:\n\nCandidates for this position should have the following skills and qualifications:\n\nBasic IT skills (word-processing and spreadsheets).\nIndustry specific systems (e.g. Propman / FixFlo) knowledge is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.\nA good communicator (both written and oral), able to motivate both the direct staff and on-site staff to provide a user friendly and customer orientated management service .\nOrganised and proactive. \n\nApplication Process:\n\nAll applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK without restrictions, and documented evidence of eligibility will be required.\n\nFor further information, or to explore more opportunities, you can visit Chaneys Chartered Surveyors on
