This is a varied and interesting role where you will be a key part of their team, working both independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities & Duties: Sales and Purchase Ledger Cash transactions Sales invoicing Fundraising function analysis Monthly reporting to the Board Membership liaison Credit Control Gift Aid reclaim Levy repayments Year-end processes Payroll Shop transactions Ad hoc duties as necessary Skill Set Required: Experienced in SAGE 50 Accounts SAGE 50 Payroll (advantageous but not essential) Financial reporting (Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss) Proficient in Excel Analytical skills Proficient in Outlook Good telephone manner Organised and detail-oriented Problem-solving abilities Team player Adaptable, reliable, and trustworthy What We Offer: Free onsite parking UK holidays and additional Jewish holiday package Pension contribution If you are motivated, reliable, and looking for a part-time role in a supportive and dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.
