Lecturer/Teacher of Electrical Installation
GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Lecturer/Teacher of Electrical Installation. This exciting role offers an opportunity to either step into your first leadership position or build on your existing experience within a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Inspire and Lead: Deliver high-quality lessons across Electrical Installation courses, including Level 2 and Level 3 City & Guilds qualifications, EAL Certificates, and T-Level.
* Leadership Opportunity: This role has the potential to include Head of Department responsibilities for those with leadership ambitions.
* Innovative Teaching: Use state-of-the-art resources and equipment to create a rich learning environment and support students' academic and vocational success.
* Collaboration: Work alongside a dedicated team, contributing to the Apprenticeship provision and T-Level curriculum.
Requirements:
* Qualified Educator: Must be a qualified teacher or lecturer with experience teaching Electrical Installation, or an industry professional ready to take the next step into teaching.
* Industry Expertise: Hold a minimum of a Level 3 industry qualification in 18th Edition and Inspection & Testing.
* Professional Growth: Willingness to pursue or hold relevant teaching qualifications (DTLLS, PGCE, or Assessors Award).
* Leadership Skills: If stepping into the Head of Department role, strong organisational and leadership capabilities are a must.
