Role - Recruitment Consultant (Construction)
Location - Manchester (off Deansgate)
Salary: £26,500 - £35,000 Per annum - £40K -£60K first year OTE + uncapped commission structure, progression opportunities, benefits & incentives.
Daniel Owen Manchester are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team in the heart of Manchester. The consultant will focus on the Construction market and will have the opportunity if desired to grow a team.
The individual we are searching for needs to be full of energy and hungry to succeed within the business. Sales experience and construction experience desired. Daily responsibilities as Recruitment Consultant:
1. Building new client relationships to win new business opportunities
2. Create talent pools for current and future jobs, speaking with existing candidates and building new relationships
3. Working with your team to ensure job opportunities are filled
4. Arrange and undertake weekly client and candidate visits
