Mountbatton Care are recruiting an experienced Care Coordinator to join our Domiciliary Care Team in Liverpool, and be part of our highly successful and dedicated Management team.
Duties include:
* To act as a facilitator/leader for a Team of Care Workers
* Rota Management using an electronic rota management system
* Exceptional organisational skills to support a fast-paced environment
* Participate in out of hours on call support on a rota basis
* Facilitate staff supervisions and Appraisals
* Complete Risk Assessments for Staff and Service Users
* Completing regular staff spot checks
* Excellent knowledge of CQC compliance and maintaining this at the highest level
* Completing Service User Reviews and Service checks
* Problem Solving
* Providing shift cover when required

Requirements:
* Previous experience in similar role essential
* Health & Social Care Diploma/NVQ L3 or above completed or working towards qualification
* Must have a full driving licence valid in the UK and access to own vehicle.
