Ready to sell homes that make a difference? As a Sales Negotiator at one of our new market developments in the Southwest, you'll help turn Curo's vision of quality housing into reality for our customers.
What You'll Be Doing
Working as a Sales Negotiator, you'll be responsible for liaising and negotiating directly with our open market customers, managing the sale through to completion whilst ensuring we deliver exceptional customer service.
Reporting to a Sales Manager you'll:
* Have a thorough understanding of our product and pricing
* Demonstrate effective lead follow up skills to convert enquiries to site visits
* Utilise Curo specific schemes and incentives effectively to close a sale
* Demonstrate local knowledge including amenities, schools, and transport links
* Display a good understanding of the local marketplace including the new build and second-hand market
* Achieve sales targets in line with business requirements.

* Base salary of £31,711 + commission

Who You Are
We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Negotiator who can build strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer service. You should have:
* Proven experience of working within new build sales or an estate agency environment
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* A willingness to embrace change and explore new ways of working to enhance customer experience and grow sales
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for building rapport with clients
* Evidence of a proven sales track record and ability to meet targets
* A self-starting attitude and ability to thrive on challenges
* A full driving licence and access to transport
